GulfTIC-ICSC "Halal" LLC was founded in 2017 as a result of cooperation between the leading and oldest Russian Halal Certification Body – International Center for Standardization and Certification "Halal" under the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation and one of the leaders in the certification market of the GCC countries – the UAE company GulfTIC Certification.
Since its inception, the activities of GulfTIC-ICSC "Halal" LLC have been aimed at the creative development of the Russian and international Halal industry and increasing the export of high-quality and safe products from Russia to the GCC markets and the entire Arab-Muslim world. To achieve these goals GulfTIC-ICSC "Halal" LLC has long collaborated with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Russian Export Center through its Moscow office, while its representatives located in Dubai communicate directly with the responsible ministries and agencies of the GCC countries.
Confirmation of the high level of competence of its employees and compliance with key international Halal requirements is provided by GulfTIC-ICSC "Halal" LLC accreditation from the Gulf Accreditation Center (GAC), recognition from the Saudi Halal Center, the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technologies (MoIAT), the Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), and other regulatory bodies in the region.
