Best Halal Product 2024 Competition 27.01.2025 15:05On January 25, 2025, the DAR Cultural Center hosted the traditional event organized by the Halal International Center for Social and Cultural Affairs — the Best Halal Product 2024 competition.
The following companies presented their certified products according to Halal standards for tasting and evaluation by a competent jury and visitors of the DAR Cultural Center: Cherkizovo Group PJSC, MajorExpert LLC, Bryankonfi JSC, Syrovar LLC, Mytishchi Dairy Plant LLC, Laboratory 63 LLC, Milk of Zauralia LLC, Optimum LLC, Novye Fermy LLC, TPK Ecoprod LLC, Halal-Ash LLC, SKHPK Kausar, Tatneft-AZS-Zapad LLC, Levagro LLC, Timosha LLC, Molochny Mir OJSC, and Doshirak Nizhny JSC.
The jury included: chairperson — Tatyana Valentinovna Savenkova, director of the Research Institute of Quality, Safety and Technology of Specialized Food Products at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, president of the Union of Food Ingredients Producers, chairperson of TC/MTC 149 "Confectionery", doctor of engineering, professor; members — Irina Mikhailovna Svyatoslavova, standardization expert, leading researcher at the Research Institute of Quality, Safety and Technology of Specialized Food Products at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, candidate of engineering; and Elena Karlenovna Tuneeva, leading researcher at the V.M. Gorbatov Federal Scientific Center of Food Systems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, meat and meat products engineer and technologist, candidate of engineering.
Based on the results of the competition, the winners of the "Best Halal Product 2024" competition will be awarded.
