Participation in the workshop Russia - the Middle East 03.07.2018 00:02The workshop was aimed at improving the quality of training and competitive level of the core foreign economic staff for the sale of the Russian products in the export markets of the Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Iran); presentation of practical cases and success stories of the Russian suppliers to the Arab countries; the correct definition of the needs of the Arab importers referring to representatives of the Russian foreign trade corporations, practical skills of the negotiating strategies in managerial decision-making in foreign trade transactions with sub / suppliers, FMCG / HoReCa operators, retailers; resolving disputes when dealing with companies in the Gulf countries and plenty of other issues.
The main modules of the workshop were the issues of the correct overview of the Gulf market, features of the competitive promotion of the product group in the Gulf countries, branding of the Russian products, practical legal issues of structuring and implementing foreign trade contracts with the participation of the Arab counterparties.
One of the key speakers was Aidar Gazizov, the General Director of the ICSC Halal, Gulftic-ICSC Halal, the Head of the Eurasian Halal Union, who presented the topic «Development of Halal manufacturing as an effective way to increase the export potential». Aidar Hadji opened his speech with the greeting from the Chairman of Russia Mufties Council, Mufti Sheikh Ravil Hazrat Gainutdin. Further, Aidar Gabdullovich told the audience about the specifics of «Halal» products export to the states of the Middle East and North Africa as well as the certification procedure for the markets of these countries. The presentation also provided an example of the successful passage of Halal certification for the GCC countries by the following enterprises: Agribusiness Holding «Miratorg», «Cherkizovo» Group, Group of agribusinesses «Resource», Group of Companies «Damate», «Optimum» («Ekol»).
