In the framework of the forum Director General of Moscow export center Kirill Ilyichyov held talks with the representatives of the Government of West Sumatra province, in particular with the Head of International Department Aschari Kahiyaditama, Executive Director of the Cooperation and Development Committee Luhur Budianda and the Head of Investment and promotion agency Yeni Fitr. Priority fields of the bilateral export cooperation for Indonesian partners are IT technologies, electronics, agriculture and tourism infrastructure. During business-dialogue on issues concerning export of Moscow food products to Indonesia the representatives of the Indonesian delegation showed interest to Moscow confectionery products along with the development of Halal production export.
Besides, on August 1, 2018 in the run-up to the business-forum Kirill Ilyichyov took part in the talks in the Government of Moscow involving Deputy Moscow Mayor for Urban Development and Construction Marat Husnullin and Vice-Governor of Jakarta Sandiagi Salahuddin Uno. The sides discussed the latest tendencies in Halal industry, certification procedure and the role of Halal products in developing of Moscow export potential. Halal industry is currently on the stage of dynamic development and presents a considerable part of the world сonsumer basket. The Indonesian delegation expressed its willingness to collaborate in this field and highlighted its keen interest in presence of Moscow goods in the markets of Jakarta and Sumatra.
